General Information

Accommodation
We will make a reservation for you according to your instructions, or, if you wish, we will send you the hotel list. Accommodation costs are borne by the applicant.

Application
Your application is binding. Should you wish to cancel within 14 days of the seminar date, and no substitute can be found, we reserve the right to invoice 50% of the seminar fee. If you apply via Internet through the registration form, we shall get in touch with you and confirm your online registration.

Confirmation

You will receive written confirmation along with the seminar schedule and a list of the utensils you should bring. Unless stated otherwise, the daily class hours are 9.30h - 17.30h. Also you will receive an invoice/payment slip, and a hotel confirmation where applicable. Seminar fees are payable before the start of the seminar.

Travel

Your seminar confirmation will be accompanied by a map showing our location, and details of public transport.

Fees

Fees always include materials, if not mentioned otherwise under details, and meals during seminar hours, subject to VAT (not applicable in Switzerland).
